Characteristic:

Excellent molding performance and edge tightness: Through the hot-pressing molding process, it can perfectly reproduce the fine structure of the dental model, ensuring that the dental braces fit closely to the teeth, preventing detachment and optimizing the force line.

Resistant to hydrolysis and anti-staining: Maintains stable performance in the oral warm and humid environment, resistant to staining from coffee, tea, etc., and maintaining aesthetics.

  1. Functional Type – PTP (Multilayer Composite) Material

Core Advantage: Through innovative structural design, it can meet complex mechanical performance requirements that a single material cannot fulfill.

Characteristics and Structure:

Multilayer Composite Technology: Usually composed of 2-3 layers of polymers with different moduli (soft/hard) through co-extrusion technology. For example:

Hard layer: Provides the main corrective force, ensuring shape stability and movement accuracy.

Soft layer: Enhances wearing comfort, buffers initial discomfort, and improves the ability to wrap around attachments (small protrusions on the braces).

“Gradient corrective force” design: Combination of different modulus allows for differentiated force control in different areas of the same set of braces (such as the anterior and posterior tooth areas), better addressing complex tooth movement types (such as lowering, twisting, and overall movement).

Enhanced durability and tear resistance: The composite structure effectively inhibits crack propagation, extending the lifespan of the braces in the complex oral stress environment.

Appropriate for cases requiring high transparency, strong corrective force, and a relatively standard budget.
